Joz Bass
The joz is an unusually independent instrument. The finely grained body with its cheeky upper body horn and a filigree intermediate layer maple veneer is connected to a slightly filigree maple neck via a clean neck pocket.
The Neck is itself extremely tasty with a beautiful ebony fingerboard.
From the handling point of view, the Joz immediately stands out due to the perfect balance on the belt.
The bass is a PJ bass, with Benedetti pickups.
For fans of the usual jazz bass heroes, the Benedetti J-Humbucker can also be switched to serial and single coil modes via a 3-way switch.
It’s easy and enjoyable to play both pickups individually or together to creatively explore a whole range of P, PJ and J sounds.
